Sexy BACK

I'm bringing my sexy back back :) Had our first upper body resistance training today. Really worked our butts off! My back (always my favorite muscle area to work out) is 2 bands stronger than the rest of my body! I stayed after again for the extra ab workout this morning. Like sharp knives going through my belly! Man, is my c-section incision getting a workout! WARNING: Although it's hard to believe, the picture below is NOT me. I repeat: NOT me :) Have a great day everyone! OMG, my bulldog Lucy just busted you know what - now my nose is getting a workout and it is not pleasant.
